Since our inception in 1992, NTLP has empowered more than 9,500 young adults with the ability to have a positive impact on their communities. College-bound and career oriented young adults have benefited from more than $160,000 in scholarships. We have expanded operations throughout California, Arizona, Washington and Texas. Students have attended our programs from New Jersey, Georgia, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, Kansas, New Mexico, Florida, Illinois, Oregon, Colorado, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Ohio, Mexico, Japan, Guam, Argentina, Italy and China!

Approximately 70% of the students who attend our program raise sponsorships in support of their attendance. An additional 30% have difficulty raising the sponsorship fee due to family hardship, local economic difficulties or language barriers. It is our goal to find sponsorships for all students who wish leadership training.

If you would like to sponsor your own student, or donate funds to help another student attend, please enter their information at the on-line registration with the amount of the donation. We will contact the student on your behalf to let them know of your generosity.
